WCDC Inclusion BROWN

The WCDC Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, And Accessibility Statement

The WCDC engages, supports, and serves the wonderful, diverse, and culturally unique residents of Wimauma. We honor diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility as we connect with all Wimauma residents and businesses. Our board and staff should reflect the culture and values of Wimauma. As such, we strive to recruit and maintain a team committed to celebrating diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility practices across all races, gender, age, religion, disability, and identities.

A Welcoming Space

The WCDC continues to welcome all voices from all community members. It is important to us that your voice is heard and you are part of the democratic process. You should have a say in the Wimauma's future.

Honoring Culture

Wimauma is a diverse community with a rich history. We honor its history and work with all cultures to build a future for Wimauma. We will work to help preserve history while planning for Wimauma's future.

Building on Respect

Without respect, there is no trust, and building trust is paramount to collectively moving forward. The WCDC builds on a culture of respect to address and tackle community concerns. Respectful engagement makes progress.
